When a client came to us with the need to control their mileage expenses, we listened to their problem and immediately went to work.

They needed a solution that would allow them to cost-effectively route and assign employees based on their home location. They wanted to control their mileage expenses by having a reliable industry tool provide them with the mileage rather than relying on an employee dictating the number of miles they drove. Upon further evaluation we were able to identify that 10% of the employees were inflating their mileage amounts by an average of 5 miles a day. So, by coming up with a solution, we were able to save our clients a quarter of a million dollars in mileage expenses.
